GHOSTS

Dream Meaning

Ghosts do not visit us in dreams from some literal afterlife — they rise from within us, materializing from the unresolved, the unspoken, and the unforgiven that we carry quietly through our waking hours. The ghost you encounter in a dream is almost always something personal: a relationship that ended without proper closure, a version of yourself you thought you had moved past but which apparently lingers, or a fear so old and familiar that it has taken on a presence of its own.

Do not flee from the ghost if you can help it — turn, look directly at it, and ask what it needs from you. The ghost that is acknowledged and heard loses its power to haunt; it is only what we refuse to face that must follow us endlessly through the dark.
