Dream Meaning

Worms emerge from the dark underground of the unconscious bearing a message that is simultaneously unsettling and, in the right context, deeply hopeful. When they appear in the body, the dream is mapping a fear of internal corruption or illness, an anxiety that something is being eaten away from within.

But worms in soil tell a completely different story, one of decomposition that feeds new life, of invisible labor in the dark that makes the ground fertile again. The psyche knows both faces of this creature.
